This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the «RC Service» website located at https://rc-service.ru.
The website «RC Service» (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is the property of the RC Service LLC (OGRN: 1197746056584, TIN: 7703469783, registration address: 123610, Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, building 12, entrance 7, floor 13, room 1301).
This Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the website «RC Service» (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and the user of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User).
The Website Administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of the Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
Use of the Website by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to the Agreement.
The User is personally responsible for verification of the Agreement for any issued changes.
Definition of terms
The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of the Agreement::
«RC Service» is an Internet resource located on the domain name https://rc-service.ru, operating through an Internet resource and related services.
«RC Service» is a website containing information about services and/or other values for the User, service providers, allowing selection, ordering and/or purchasing services, and/or receiving services.
Website Administration is authorized employees to manage the Website, acting on behalf of the RC Service LLC.
User of the Website is a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
Content of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Content) — protected results of intellectual activity, including texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, text, photographic, derivatives, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style and arrangement of the Content included in the Website and other intellectual property all together and/or separately contained on the website at https://rc-service.ru.
Subject of agreement
The subject of the Agreement is to provide the User with access to the services contained on the Site.
The Website provides the User with the following types of services:
— familiarization with the services contained on the Website;
— selection of services for making a subsequent purchase or registration on the Website.
The Agreement covers all currently existing (actually functioning) services of the Website, as well as any of their subsequent modifications and additional services appearing in the future.
Access to the Website is provided free of charge.
The Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.
The use of materials and services of the Website is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Rights and liabilities of the parties
The website administration has the right to:
Change the terms of service and also change the Content of the Website. Changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Terms is published on the Site.
The User has the right to:
Use all services available on the Website, as well as purchase any services offered on the Website.
Address any questions related to the Website services:
Use the Website solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for in the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Demand the Website Administration to hide any information about the User.
Use the Website information for commercial purposes without special permission.
The User agrees to:
Provide at the request of the Website Administration additional information that is directly related to the services provided by the Website.
Respect the property and non-property rights of authors and other rights holders when using the Website.
Not to take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Website.
Not to distribute any confidential information about individuals or legal entities protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation using the Website,
Avoid any actions that could result in a violation of the privacy of information protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Not to use the Website to distribute advertising information except with the consent of the Website Administration.
Not to use the services for the following purposes:
violation of the rights of young persons and/or causing them harm in any form.
infringement of the rights of minorities.
impersonating oneself as another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees of this Website.
misrepresentation regarding the properties and characteristics of any product and/or service published on the Website.
misleading comparison of products and/or services, as well as the negative attitude formations towards persons (not) using certain products and/or services, or denouncement of such persons.
uploading content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination on racial, national, gender, religious, social grounds; contains false information and/or insults addressed to specific individuals, organizations, authorities.
inducement to commit illegal actions, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Ensure the authenticity of the information provided.
Ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties.
The User is prohibited from:
Using any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or monitor the Content of the Website.
Interfering with the proper functionality of the Website.
Bypassing the navigation structure of the Website in any way to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of the Website.
Unauthorized access to the functions of the Website, any other systems or networks related to the Website, as well as to any services offered on the Website.
Violation of the security or authentication system of the Website and/or any network connected to the Website.
Performing a backwards search, trace or attempt to trace any information about any other User of the Website.
Using the Website and the Content for any purposes prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Website or other persons.
Use of the website
The Website and the Content included are owned and managed by the Website Administration.
The Content protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property and unfair competition law.
Information posted on the Website should not be construed as a change to the Agreement.
The Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions for the purchase of Products and/or provision of services provided on the Website.
The Website Administration has the right to make changes to the list of Products and Services offered on the Website and/or their prices at any time without notifying the User.
The documents specified in the paragraphs of the Agreement regulate in the relevant part and apply to the use of the Website by the User.
Any of the documents listed in the clause of this Agreement may be subject to updating. Changes go into effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.
Liabilities
Any losses that the User may incur in the event of an intentional or careless violation of any provision of the Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the channel of another User, are not reimbursed by the Website Administration.
The website administration is not responsible for:
Delays or failures in the process of completing a transaction that arose due to force majeure, as well as any case of malfunction in telecommunications, computer, electrical and/or other related systems.
Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and/or delays associated with their work.
Proper functioning of the Website, in the event that the User does not have the necessary technical equipment to use it and also does not incur any liabilities to provide the User with such equipment.
Violation of terms of service
The website administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation of the Russian Federation requires or permits such disclosure.
The website administration has the right, without prior notice to the User, to terminate and/or block access to the Website if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Website contained in other documents, as well as in the event of termination of the Website or due to a technical problem.
The website administration is not responsible to the User or third parties for termination of access to the Website in the event of a violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or other document containing the terms of use of the Website .
Dispute resolution
In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before going to court is to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
The claimee notifies the claimant within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt in writing form about the results of the complaint review.
